That is over an 1/8" of total wear if I am reading your figures correctly. So to me, that is a ton of wobble, and do you want to ever tear it apart again, or just once?

Hi,

That much wobble means a really good chance of dropping a track off. And, that will *never* happen in a good place to get it back on!

I would agree with Stan's assessment, given that I NEVER drop a track on level or dry ground.

I still think you have a decimal point off somewhere, or I am missing something. .125 is an eighth of an inch, and you say you are off .1204.

dec point

I carried the .1204 to far is all, it's still .120 or close the bushings vary a little side to side, probabably should replace, still almost an 1/8" thats too much, so let me know what you can supply.

Yes, .120 is way too far. Normally with new bushings and shaft, it is even a little difficult to push the shaft into the new bushings.
I have all of the parts available except maybe the thrust plates, and lots of times you can reuse them if need be.

Hi,

Or anywhere near the shop. Always happens at the point furthest from the shop!
