1010 fuel system bleeding

Post by mini kahuna » Mon Jul 18, 2016 5:49 pm

changed out the starter on a 1010 diesel and replaced fuel lines and bled the filter assembly and engine is still not running smoothly.
didn't try bleeding by cracking the injectors lines...ran out of time and had to leave it until this weekend.
looking for some help or tips on getting the remaining air out.
I have changed fuel filter before and bleeding the two bled screws on the filter housing did the trick but this time it is being stubborn.
it runs okay but there is an miss once in a while and at idle it not smooth as before and tach is also bouncing around more than before as well.

Crack the injector lines one at a time at the injectors or run it and it will clear up on its own in time
