steering clutches 420c

Post by tomcat4144 » Mon May 09, 2005 11:26 am

i was wondering what the thickness measures on the fiber steering clutches is, is there a minimum thickness? i have a set for one complete side, but dont know if its worth the trouble to put used in. what is the cost to do one side? also, i`m interested in a 3 point hitch for a 420c, if anybody has one for sale. i have the 420 torn down now and am replacing broken/stipped bolts on the undercarriage, getting ready to start putting things back together, just wondering about replacing steering clutches on the right side while its tore down?

Fiber discs should be .151, if they are oily throw them regardless. New discs are $20/each.
I have a 3PT hitch that is going to sell, give me a call or e-mail if interested.
