what color of yellow for 440?
I was all ready to buy some paint at the store last night, but there was jd yellow, industrial yellow, and cat yellow. What is the correct color for the 440? The color that is on it right now looks more golden than jd yellow.

I found the Ace brand JD green is almost identical to the JD paint (green), not so with the yellow, tho.
It could be that the Ace yellow is for the industrial equipment? Might be worth looking at.
It runs about 3 or 4 bucks a can vs JD at about 6 or 7 bucks a can. The Ace seems to spay well, but will tend to clog a bit, or spray a bit irradically after it has been used, and sits a bit. I have had some luck cleaning the nozzles with acetone.
I opted for rattle cans, as opposed to a real spray gun, because I'm doing a piece at a time, and not all at once.
The little crawler is not to be a show piece, though. I need it to build roads and such. Much of the green will "go away" early on.
