Wher can I find parts or rebuild kits for six way blade control mine has a lot of slop

What machine are you talking about exactly? This is the older bulldozer forum which many did not have 6 way blades, so I assume you might be referring to a John Deere 350 or John Deere 450...just a guess. In that case you can buy the parts new from John Deere still, but the cost is $1000 to replace them. That is a bit steep for me.

There is a discussion over on the late model bulldozer page on track adjuster seals that morphed into 6 way blade handle control rebuild methods that might give you ideas.
