Stumbled across a potential parts machine today, are 5 roller tracks from a 440 Crawler interchangeable with the 5 roller tracks on a 1010 Crawler?

1010 are normally 4 bolt chains, but yes they are a direct replacement. Just make sure that the pads are what you want.

Lavoy by measuring the track frames it looks like they will interchange also. Am i correct?

Yes, absolutely. As long as the link count is the same, they are a direct replacement. They will also fit 420/430 as well if shortened to the correct length.
