Locate by Area

I wonder if there is a way to search for members nearby on this forum. Ie, a filter, similar to the one for members names?

Not that I know of. You can put location in your profile so people can see it, that is about it.

Hi,

It doesn't exist as the board is set up. It could be added. Need to enable it in the 'search by custom profile' field.

If you hit 'members' in the 'board index' field at the bottom of any page, you will see all the data fields in the members list. The location field is there. Near the top is 'find a member', and you click on that to bring up the search screen. You can search by Username, Joined Date, Post Count and Rank. Not by Location. But, that can be added to the list. It just is not right now.
