What do I use to lockout my 9300 backhoe?
Nothing came with the machine and the parts manual had no reference to it. I grabbed a hitch pin to keep it from swinging left/right but the bracket to keep the boom from extending is rectangular. See photo link https://photos.app.goo.gl/U8LrnUPffQk9SvSM7

Looks like it could be a wedge shaped piece of steel that fills the rectangular hole and is long enough to extend a few inches beyond both ears. Straight on the sides and rear, with the taper on one side, likely on the front side. The wedge shape will tighten as it is inserted and keep it from dropping through the hole. 1/4" to the foot taper may work.

Thanks for the insight guys. @greg, do you know a part number? I have the loader version and can't find any reference to that part in the book.
