Found a 1010 or 2010 No data plate

Lavoy and the rest of the group...
How do you tell a 1010 from a 2010?
I have photos of the dozer but I won't be here on the laptop for long.
It is a gasser. has an inside blade frame.

1010 final is vertical, 2010 is swept back towards the rear at an angle. 2010 is shifter on the LH side + HLR shifter on the floor.

Hi,

The main visual are those final drives. Only one where they are angled like that.

Okay, that was simple.... It is a 1010. No one was around when I looked at it so I could not start it.
Any idea what its worth, it is at an consignment auction house.

Worth depends on a number of variables just like any other vehicle or piece of equipment such as condition, location, etc. However it is anywhere from scrap price for 4 tons up to upper four figures for perfect condition- typical worth is between $2K and $4K.

Thanks, it will probably go high. Last dozer this place had was a Case 310, and it was a hunk of rusty metal. It went for $3200. The bidding got heated, between two Case fans. I talked with the losing bidder, he dropped out when the bid reached $3200. He said that he would have let the other guy have it for scrap value, if he wouldn't have drove the price up on a tractor he was bidding on at an earlier auction.
