MC Front Idlers

Post by krob » Tue Dec 24, 2019 12:28 pm

Gents,

I had to pull the front idler off, do to the angle iron it riding on breaking loose. I decided to tear the idler apart to regrease it and as I put it back together I realized there are no seals between the idler wheel and the idler mounting brackets that hose the tensioning springs.

So are there seals that i need to get?
Is there something else i can use?
Am i missing something?

The manual that i have just shows a diagram but no seals.

Thanks
Rob

No seals, just grease liberally every 8 hours.
