Lindeman Oil Seals
Lindeman Oil Seals
Interested in speaking with someone who has replaced oil seals between transmission and clutch housing and clutch housing and final drive. Thanks.

Re: Lindeman Oil Seals
I have not done them, but can't be too difficult. I would assume same process for the most part as the later crawlers. Remove final etc.

Re: Lindeman Oil Seals
Thanks Lavoy, If I have to do the transmission side, do you know if the clutch housing has to be removed to get to the seal?
Re: Lindeman Oil Seals
I'm assuming not, but not positive.

Re: Lindeman Oil Seals
Are you talking about replacing the gasket behind the first gear reduction case? If so, yes the belt pulley and clutch comes off
Re: Lindeman Oil Seals
No, the seal between transmission and steering clutch housing.
Does the housing need to be removed or just the clutch pack?
