440 idler guides and frame wear

On my 440 the guides for the idler ar wore and the rails are wore thin I'm on a budget right now and need to get it fixed for this summer for my small excavating Buissnes I have is it possible to just build them up with weld

No, I would use 7018 if anything as far as stick. You will want it to be able to wear smoother over time. Some day you are going to need to fix it right, but this will get you by.
