440 track questions
440 track questions
I am a newbie at this but I have a 440 with well worn tracks. I have access to a set of 350 tracks that are in good shape. Can I use the 350 tracks? what will it require to make the switch? my 440 tracks are 4 bolt.
Re: 440 track questions
You will need to rerim your 440 sprockets with 350 rims, pads will bolt on if you need to transfer pads.

Re: 440 track questions
How do I rerim? can I use the sprockets off the 350 or are there rims made to weld on?
Re: 440 track questions
There are rims out there, but getting quite expensive. Cheapest is cut the rim off of a new 350 sprocket, just like you have to cut the rim off of your old sprocket.
