420 carburator pre-settings

I have rebuilt the carburetor on a 420 crawler, serial # 87987. What would be the rough adjustment (if any) before trying to start the engine? I understand how to adjust it after you get it cranked. I hve the 420 series service manual and the 2013 model 40 series tractor manual and neither one give a pre-settings. Any help appreciated. Thanks Pastor Don

I usually go a turn and a half on both and they should start at that setting.
