450 parts for a 420C

Just a shot in the dark but have chance to pick up some rollers and front idlers from a 450, is it possible to retrofit them onto a 420C.

Yaa, kinda figured that, oh well was worth a try.
Will be starting on the right side drive on the 420 soon so will be in contact for parts, your assistance on the left side was greatly appreciated last winter.
