Hi Lavoy; Did some checking on my 430c. It seems that it was used real hard. I have 24" between the five track pins (not good). On the track frame where the front idler sits, it's worn about half way through. Front idlers are worn on one side, track tenisioners have about 2" inches left on the end.Couple of rollers need to be replaced, maybe more. Undecided what to do for now.

You are in definite need of pins and bushings alright. The trackframe can be welded up and ground down, or you can cut the piece out and replace it, that is not that big of a deal.
Used idlers can be had, as well as used rollers, it may not be as bad as you think.

There could be other issues that are unforseen. Someone had the left side apart track is out of adjustment and left steering clutch is stuck. They cracked the bolt hole where the fender bolts on.With the cold weather here it will be spring before anything will be done. The tracks were not adjusted correctly from what the idlers show. It was towed out so to speak and wore the inside hard.
