Final drive inop

I have a 1957b 420c, the right side will not pull;. The clutches and all externals are new and adjusted properly. The spindle that runs the clutch has no power. Could this be the quill has a malfunction?

Only way to tell is take the final drive off unfortunately, could be sevearl different thingss.
