compatibility between 420c and 430c

Looking at a parts tractor, 430c. Mine is a 420C.
1. It has a 3pt. Does that fit on my 420c or are the mounts different?
2. Chains and pads look a heck of a lot better than mine. Are they the same? My chains are fine, but my pads only have a hint of the grousers left.
3. Finals the same? My right side cover has a chunk out of it, and while not in a bad place, it bothers me.
