440ICD Track Rollers

Post by macagahauto » Mon May 13, 2024 8:39 pm

I'm working through a "new to me" 440ICD loader and getting it ready to go to work on a land clearing project. I've got the old girl up on timbers and I'm inspecting the undercarriage. I'm very pleased with what I've found and was surprised to find that the track rollers are sealed units. The track tensioners are also hydraulic. I'm guessing that these are replacement rollers. Any idea what year these sealed rollers were introduced? Did they make them for the 440, or is it possible someone has upfitted another undercarriage on this machine?

Thanks.

Those are 350 sealed lifetime rollers, most likely aftermarket, been around 30 years or so.
