440 icd restoration issues

Had to pull radiator to have repaired. noticed that there were no bolts in the front crossmember/motor mount and only a remainder of a steel bushing in one hole in the crossmember. Also there is about a 3/8" gap between the frame rails on each side and the mount. Was there a spacer in there or do the bolts pull it all together? What is the correnct make up of all the bolts and bushings for the front mount as I have nothing to go on?

Problem #2

Somewhere along the line the water pump mount was broken and someone managed to weld it back together. Only problem it was welded extremely crooked resulting in the water pump drive belt being way off and out of line. does anybody have a scrap 2-53 with a good water pump bracket??
