420c with holt blade

I am reinstalling crossmembers 1 is shorter with tapped hole,one is longer untapped. My Holt blade parts are buried under a lot of snow. It seems the longer member would go to rear, but I'm not positive. Can someone confirm? also I wonder if rubber mounting blocks are avaiable? should they be replaced? thanks for any help.
saving a frozen 420c
parted a 40c to aid the salvage
bought another 420c in search for parts
fully immersed

Long corssmember goes in the front. New bushings are available aftermarket, I think about $35/each. I use them in all restorations, they work great.
