1010 Serial Numbers

Post by olrobk » Mon Apr 02, 2007 6:19 pm

Hi, this is my first post. As a new owner, I've been reading a lot on this website. It's a great resource. I've got two 1010's. Is there still no way to find build dates from serial numbers? Thanks, Rob

You can have a serial number research done through the Two Cyinder Club, but I do not know how much info it will give you.

Here's a link to the years by serial number if that's close enough for you.

1010 Serial Numbers

I've got only four digit serial numbers off the plate on the dash with Model 810-820 on it. WeirdDeere says "all 1010's used the same serial number range". Are there 5 digits somewhere else?
I'm sorry to introduce myself with dumb questions. I should have a set of manuals tomorrow. Thanks for any pandering tonight. I'll take two books and call you in the morning. =Rob

The number you are reading is the loader serial number, not the crawler serial number. The one you are looking for is on the RH front corner of the engine block.
