hydraulic 3point on a 440 ic pictures for fabrication

i recently purchased a 40 420 hydraulic 3point and a 40420 rockshaft ,the rockshaft is for parts ,mainly the arms .i would like to find some information or pics on fabricating the hydraulic 3point on to my 440ic .i dont have any links yet and need to find out the lengths of the ones that i will need i also have a cylinder that i found on ebay ,i need to find info on the hydraulic plumbing,i have the 831 loader. where do i run the lines from?
