2010 - Should both track get drive when going straigt?

Post by cruzrkid » Tue Jul 03, 2007 12:06 pm

Hi,
I think I have this question answered from similar posts but just want to make sure.

When going in a straight line up a hill for example, should both tracks be getting power? My understanding is that they should since the 2010 does not have a differential. The only thing that would interupt power to either track is if the steering clutch on one side is slipping. If it is, is the only remedy to pull everything appart and replace the steering clutches? Is adjustment a alternative?

Thanks for all your help everyone!

Brian,
Feel if you have freeplay in the steering lever, if so, than not likely an adjustment fix.
