Hydraulic pump seals

Please tell me one more time! The first pump I reworked, the kit contain a "leather O ring" and a common O ring. The next kit only had the common O ring and a metal concave washer. Today, kit # AM1149T only has the metal concave washer.

I ordered back-up washer # M1865 T whick only looks like a flat rubber washer.

Question 1. Does the metal concave washer replace the old leather washer? Previous pumps did not have this.

Question 2. If you use the metal washer, can you reuse the needle bearings after you take them out?

Question 3. Is #M1865 T the leather washer?

Question 4. Am I ording the wrong kit? (This is for a 420W)

Not sure what the metal washer is even in there for, throw it away.
What you should have is an o-ring and a backup. From the factory they used a leather backup, nowadays they would be rubber similar to the o-ring.
