Is there a access plate in the top of the 5 speed transmission housing under the seat? I'm looking at one that has a 3X5in steel plate bolted to it.
Thanks
Brian

Chuck,
Lavoy can verify this but I believe the easiest way to ID them is that the larger tranny has a dip stick and the smaller one does not. At least, that is the way my two trannys are.
