Was told to try this to free up a sruck steering clutch. Run your stuck side up against a tree, one you don't care about. Pull back both clutch levers and let out the foot clutch. Let the track turn against the tree.
Only took one revolution for mine to break loose. Glad I talked to this guy before I started turning wrenches.
Might not work in every case. but worh a try
