Anyone have update on AM2011T Seal?
Have a 730 D to get out of shop than its my 420C's turn. Wondering if anyone has found a alternative to this seal? Does anyone know who makes it for deere? Does it have a name on it? Did some looking today seems to be the 2.125 OD that is the problem. Can find 2 inch all day long. Also on pins and bushings, what is available. Lavoy, was do you think of Berco rollers? What do you sell new rollers for? Saw a guy on the redpower forum that said he paid $105 from some Industrial Supply Company. Penny for your thoughts..... Joe

I am still working on seals, I have found no alternative, and no good answers. I am going to pursue having them made, but that will be a slow process I assume.
Pins and bushing supply is sprodadic as usual, I was able to get a couple sets a month or so ago, have not checked on more lately.
$105 would be a screaming deal on Berco rollers, I kind of doubt that he actually was getting Berco at that price. I pretty much have had to quit Berco for rollers, they are no longer in the ballpark as far as price. One of my wholesalers is basically quitting them too, and they were a huge Berco distributor at one time.
Price really can be hard to nail down on rollers now, too many people I have never heard of making them, new ones coming out, and such. I sold 10 not too long ago, $120/each, can't even tell you the brand name, but good looking rollers.

A Idea?
Call me dumb. But here goes. Could we make a bushing that would insert into the roller to bush the OD down to 2"?? A press fit brass or something? As I find the 2" are readily available and cheap. Joe

Your right, I have not had one apart, so I am just speculating as to the type and function. Didn't another member look into get these made? Lavoy have you heard of ITP for a source for undercarriage parts. I am supposed to be getting some info in the mail as to what they offer. Will share what I find out. Just enjoy the parts search to keep us all happily running our toys. Joe

That good. Well, I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself by beating your fingers bloody on your keyboard.
I'm really starting to learn that there's just as many people ready to take advantage of you in this hobby as there is anyplace else (present company excepted). Probably the same 90-10 rule as anything else with the vast majority being pretty good and honest and a slippery minority of characters that don't seem to catch on to the idea that word gets around and gets around really fast on the internet.
By the way, who's all going to Gathering of the Green? I'm planning on it.
