2010 left hand side steering clutch stuck

This is my first post and I hoping to get some info. I am refurbishing a 2010 that has been sitting idle for 5 years. The left hand side steering clutch is stuck. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I am going to guess that you are going to need to take the clutchout and repair it.
