1959 or 1960 440 IC & 440 ICD

For any of you that have or are currently restoring one of these, please let us know where you get the correct new shifter knob. They are advertised on auction sites and the like but they are not correct.
The late 440s with the "big" tranny have reverse at the top and 2nd at the bottom. That is opposite of the early (1958) 440s, and the other wheel tractors with the "small" tranny.
I am looking for the 5 speed knob with the correct pattern.
