40c three roller drive train vrs.420c

Hey guys, does anyone know if the 40c trans and final drives are the same design and dimentions as the 420c 4 roller. (ie, seat brackets,draw bar crossbar etc.. 4speed or 5 speed), Thanks Jim

Seat bracket yes, drawbar yes, pretty much no to everything else.
