Hello:
I have a 440 ICD that is obviously missing some lower radiator mount hardware. I have parts catalog PC609 and do not understand what I am missing. I have Brackets (AM3240T, page 20-1 of PC609) with the 4 rivet cushions. My question is what do these brackets mount to? looking on page 40-2 of PC609 there is a lower radiator baffle that mounts to the accessory support bracket....Is this what the brackets mounted to?
Thanks

Craig,
My 440ICD didn't have the radiator baffles installed so I know for a fact they aren't needed for mounting the radiator. However if you have them I'd sure leave them in place. I'm still trying to find the upper and right side baffles for my crawler.
Unfortunately its been almost two years since I pulled the engine from my crawler and I can't remember exactly how the radiator was mounted.
By the way what is the serial number of your crawler?
Sorry I wasn't much help.

I looked at my two 440ICD/831 loaders and on the 60 I can see down in there sorta. The radiator mounting bracket was mounted between that accessory support (item #2 p40-2) and the Frame, Side, Left (#19 p70-2) on the other side I have a big hydraulic tank wrapped around the end of the radiator. Nothing visable there. Hope this helps.

This one has the baffle there, basically right up against the bottom of the radiator and the big hydraulic pump sticking thru that big notch cut out shown in the top of the plate. I would have to pull the grill or at least the expanded metal screen to get in there and get any dimensions. It is up against the side frame on the left side and up against the hydraulic tank on the other. My loaders both have a bigger oil tank than the one shown on p55-1, it is L shaped and comes around the front of the radiator. My 59 has only the front half of the belly pan and the 60 both halves are gone.
