440 steering clutch finger height??

Am putting dozer back together this weekend and was wondering what the finger height should be on a used pressure plate. one of the fingers is just a little higher than the others on one pressure plate. The jd manual doesn't give a spec that I have found. I know there is a guage but I don't have one. I can make one if I had the Dimensions though.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
