Heads from MC and 40 C interchangeable?

I posted earlier looking for a head for a 3 roller 40C. I have an offer of a head for a MC, but am not sure if they are exactly equvalent? Any one able to help with any advise on that?
JD 40 C
AC 170 w AC 460 loader

those heads should interchange. Check and make sure cast # are the same.
