repair manual/parts books.......again

My search didn't answer my questions. I know JD manuals overlap models and more than just your model may be needed.

Can a sticky be added as to which manuals are needed for each model??

I'm going to start tearing down a 420 in a month or so and would like to know what I need. I do have some books now and would like to add the ones I don't have.

There was a post a while back (that I cannot find now) about a JD site to download some parts info. Can someone post that agin. I tried to download at the time but I'm using dial up and it's s..l..o..w and I got a disconnect before it completed.
