Does every MC have shutters on the rad ??

Was wondering if all MCs had shutters on the rad? They are on the front of the radiator; they open and close with a little handle...... Maybe was a feature on units built for colder climates?

They were an option unless you had an all-fuel crawler, then they were standard. I have put two sets on, and they work great if you do any winter work.
