2010 ground to starter

this is the story, pretty sure that my 2010 is now neg. ground due to the gm ault. BUT there is no ground the ground straps [yes there is 2] neather one will work in a eng, cranking. what I have to do is hook booster cables from battery under seat to the starter housing. got any ideas havent spent any time on it because it still wont drive on trailer,to get it home.

Buy a new ground strap, and run it directly to a bolt on the transmission case.
