Tried to start 2010 no luck need some help

Two of my friends had some time and offered to come get my 2010 Diesel to see if they could get it running HOPES WHERE HIGH!!

After getting it in the garage to warm up over night they made attempt #1 to start, it turned over easy and tried to start. Would not go.
Next thing to check was valve ajustment, injector pump timing and motor timing,all where way out of ajustment. Also bleed out fuel lines and injectors made all ajustments.
Attempt #2 engine turned over easy tried to start. would not start.
Next check was compression found only had about 110lbs.
Tried to start agian found it was blowing back through radiator.
Need to know what you Guy's think? Blown head gaskit,Cracked block, sleeves could be all I don't know.

Good chance you have a head gasket blown, if so you will get out a lot cheaper than the other things it can be, so check there first.
