420 drive clutch

Is there any way of greasing the clutchpedal/brake pedal tube? My crawlers tube rust/seizes together such that when you depress the clutch the brake pedal moves too. I lube it from the outside but I doubt it does it much good. Took it all apart 2 years ago and cleaned and polished and reassembled, lubed it lightly while apart but I think its ready for some more.

If assembled about all you can do is spray lube from the outside. You can remove the brake pedal and slide the brake shaft sideways a couple inches, this might give you enough room to put some anti-seize on the shaft. I normally give them a healthy does of anti-seize if I have them apart.

I lube it from outside by using kroil then I use 30w. it works. I thought maybe there was a zerk somewhere I was missing. I completely rebuilt the dozer I didn't plan to at first but it became necassary. When I take it apart again(notice I said when and not if) I will probably change the material the shaft is made of to ampco or something like that to prevent seizing.
