No reverser in basket......what now??

My little 1010C project did not come with a reverser. This is what happens when you go and buy something witout knowing whqt youre looking at....but im learning
There are a couple other possible donors that i know of but still need to look into.
Will the reverser from a 440 series backhoe fit?? If a good donor at a reasonable price cannot be found, how can the reverser be by-passed?
Here are some numbers that I have for this crawler any information would be greatly appreciated.

1010C 23404
810-820 or a D or maybe just corrosion? 2515

i have a reverser ,came outta a latter 1010, above serial 42001also have
accumulator housing,pedal i am sure it would need a compleat rebuild
looks like i am about 9 hours away in upstate ny .if interested ill pm my

Thank you, it may very well come down to that. There is lots of them around here in various stages of neglect. Hopfully Ill be able to talk someone into selling one cheap.
Claude, where are you in upstate NY? I used to drive truck (flatbeds,float) I may have anidea where you are. Chris
