440 Winch

I have a late 440 icd. It has part of a gearmatic winch on it, but not complete. I would like to have a working winch but don't want to spend more than the dozer is worth to have one. Any suggestions? It is hard to believe just how much this little dozer will pull. But winch would definately be handy.

I've got a gearmatic winch that came off of a 440 and it also is incomplete. I was going to rebuild it, but have been working on the finals instead. I'd be willing to sell off any parts you need if I have them. Shoot me a list of what you need and I'll tell you what I've got.

Well, lets see if I can remember everything I needed.
(Just about everything under and including the right cover)
brake cylinder
brake bands
right cover (brake side)
hydraulic lever
