Looking at the front idlers, they are both worn slightly more on the out side. Is this normal? I'm thinking of just switching them so the wear is inside when it goes back together.

The idlers have been run out of alignment for a while. No need to swap them, but you need to make sure your trackframes are square and parallel, and that the front idler is square each time you adjust it.
