Did factory rock guards have wear strips welded on? Mine have and I am not sure if they were original or put on later. They look rather odd on the front where the strip goes above the regular plate. Almost looks like someone got strips for a 4 roller and put them on a 5 roller!!

Yes, they have a piece of 1/4" strap give or take welded to the bottom.
