Does anyone know if a420 engine would bolt into an MC without modification?

It will bolt in, yes. You will need to fabricate a throttle shaft, change radiators, all throttle linkages and mounts, carb, air cleaner, and probably some other assorted parts that I am not thinking of.
When done, you will have a cobbled up crawler of little value, and if you are using it, it will only be a short time before the extra power of a 420 enigne will begin to destroy some real expensive parts.
M engines are readily availabe as are overhaul parts for an existing engine.

Too much headache to install it, and too much potential to damge to the weaker drivetrain, especially when M engine are plenttiful and/or easy to fix.
