440 blues worse than expected

well after several weeks and many hours i finally got the 440 out of the mountains and to the shop. I think i found out why the right track is locking up upon further inspection out in the open i see the bearing quill on the right final is gone and the case on the final is busted . no bolt holes left to bolt one back to only the bottom stud. anybody got a spare case they dont need??? looks like cast and pieces are gone..
