BO Lindeman Tracks

Post by joeherink » Fri Sep 30, 2011 8:51 am

I'm just getting started restoring my 1945 bo lindeman and am seeking some insight to make things easier. What's the best way to remove the tracks, can I back up the front wheel enough to slip them off or do I need to remove a pin from a coupler section (can't see one that's obvious)? Secondly where can I buy the rubber tracks or are all of those homemade? I'd like to just buy some. Thanks, Joe

There is a master pin in the track, remove it to split them.
Rubber pads have been obsolete for at least a couple decades. Any you see are originals, or have been reproduced at great cost.
