MC battery box door

Has anyone come up with a hinged battery box door for an MC like the originals had. Have never seen one, but would be interested in a picture of one, or drawing etc. so I could make one.

Door is the same as M and MT, but has a two piece hinge instead of one piece. Best alternative I have come up with is use an M door and weld the hinge at a 90 degree angle. Use a little bit longer bolts with the heads cut off, or roll pins like a 40 and take the door off just like 40/420.

Does anyone have a picture or a drawing of this battery box door & hinge that they can post? I am a little confused as to how this works.

The M model is .pdf #848 and you can find a parts schematic. Hope this helps. Paul

Best way I can describe it is on the wheel tractors, it is a solid full length hinge. On the crawlers, it acts as a hinge, but one side is open, kind of like a stretched out Z and you can pop the door off as it hits on the side frame and prevents battery removal.
