I assume the splined coupler is a generic part you can buy many places for $10. Not sure about the shaft. What size is it (OD and spline count). Cessna just about always uses standard shafts - same as used on many machines other then Deere. Is your shaft the same size on both ends or does it have two different spline sizes? The bigger Cessnas use a standard 7/8" X 6 spine and the smalller Cessnas 3/4"dozerbob wrote:I have a 440 ic with Cessna pump need drive coupling # AT 11426 and Shaft # T 12189 T If anyone knows were I can locate these parts please let me know. thank You Dozerbob.
Is this a dozer or loader? Post some specs and I can tell you what over-the-counter parts you can use to make it work.

I am curious to find over the counter parts for the Cessna pump also.
The 440IC has the hydraulic pump made in to the engine on the front left side. The 440ICD has the pump mounted on the front center powered by the crankshaft.

I've had to fabricate new pump drives on many tractors with front pumps driven by the engine crank-pulleys. Deere tends to use three sizes of shafts. Bigger Cessnas and Webster-Electric pumps use 7/8" X 13 splines. Very common and cheap aftermarket Ford loader parts work great. On small Cessna pumps - like on many 1010 and 350 Deere dozers - the shaft is 5/8" X 9 spline. Not quite a common as the bigger drive parts. Note that Deere dozers with aux. hydraulics often have bigger pumps.JD440ICD2006 wrote:I am curious to find over the counter parts for the Cessna pump also.

Also, many older two-cylinder Deere tractors have Hydreco pumps with 1" X 6 splines.

I had to make new drives for my Deere 350, Deere 1010, Ford 4000, and just lately - my IH 3414 backhoe loader. Here's a photo of the round steel adapter plate I made to make a Ford drive-couple fit the crankshaft on the IH engine. I used an aftermarket Ford drive-couple and splined shaft, along with an $8 splined coupler. Entire setup cost me less then $100. IH (now Komatsu) wanted $650.

Hyd pump shaft repairs for Cessna pump
Thank you for all the good information. I have a 440 IC with a 831 loader . It came with 1 inch 6 splined hub on crankshaft and 3 inch length of 1 inch 6 T. the coupling was 1/2 6 T and 1/2 7/8 13 T that fit the pump. I had 2 of 7/8 by 13 T couplings I was able salvage part of the 6T and fit to a flexable chaincouping with 7/8 13 T sprocket. I had to raise the radator 1 inch. I hope it will fit under the hood. If this will not work I know where to look for parts. Thanks Again. Dozerbob
