your 6 way

as we all know a 6 way makes a dozer and although my 420 still has the original blade, a six way might make a good spring project
please take more photos (video) of the details of the cylinder arrangement and mounting details- also what three spool valve did you use and the return to the tank as mine is still all original with the somewhat funky open center valve from deere nice work!!!

I will try and get wife to hold the tablet to take the video. The one you see, the tablet was on the seat with a piece of 4x4 on either side to hold it in place. Near the end of the vid I panned up (as I am trying to sell this) to show the engine does not smoke.

The three spool valve came from prince. It was on Ebay for $80 I think (new with causmolene). Rated at 1200 on the low end and 3000 on the high. As the 420's want very little pressure I did not bother to change the pressure.

The return is nothing more than a piece of 1/2" sweat copper pipe. 1/2" npt where it threads onto the hydraulic hose. On the top of your hydraulic tank is a packing gland nut. Loosen that and your valve body can be pulled right out of the tank. The return of mine from the valve fit perfectly with that piece of copper pipe. I didnot bother to hard mount the return as I wanted the rubber hose to give some vibration dampening.
