420c ripper attachment

Post by skymoco » Fri Feb 24, 2012 10:01 am

I have a 420c with the model 90 loader and a couple parts from the ripper attachment. Does anyone have some pictures of one mounted on the crawler. I need to build the arms and some other parts (I don't know what I all missing yet) and I would like to make it appear original at least.

In my search for shanks for my #24 scarifier, I came across a model 90 loader scarifier, which uses the same shanks. All I have is the shank frame, and attachment arms. No lift arms. It is of course not mounted, but if you want to pm me, I could take some pics of what I have. Or if you were interested in any of the parts, let me know. I may also have a couple of shanks I won't need. Pat

Pictures would be great. I'd love to buy it from you but I suspect that shipping would be many times the cost of the parts.

It is similar to the 35 ripper Deere sold on 1010s? I know where there are few in junkyards. I had no problem buying new aftermarket shanks and teeth for mine.
